Shaleena Lott, M.S., CAS, CAC, is a Certified Autism Specialist, Certified Autism Coach, and founder of Oak & Ivory Autism Concierge. With more than 18 years of experience in the Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse field, Shaleena has dedicated her career to helping individuals and families navigate life's most challenging transitions with empathy, education and practical support.

Her passion for Autism advocacy extends far beyond her professional experience. As the mother of a son diagnosed with Autism, Shaleena understands firsthand the uncertainty, grief, hope and determination that often accompanies an Autism diagnosis. She has personally navigated the complexities of evaluations, educational planning, therapies, and advocating for her child, giving her a unique perspective that resonates deeply with the families she serves. 

Through Oak & Ivory Concierge, Shaleena provides personalized guidance to families at every stage of their autism journey. She specializes in helping parents prepare for IEP meetings, connect with trusted community resources, understand available services, navigate educational systems, and manage the emotional and relational changes that often accompany a diagnosis. Her concierge approach ensures that every family receives individualized support tailored to their unique needs and goals.

Shaleena believes no family should have to navigate Autism alone. Her mission is to replace confusion with clarity, overwhelm with confidence, and isolation with compassionate partnership. By combining professional expertise with lived experience, she empowers families to make informed decisions and build a future where every child, every ability, and every caregiver-can thrive.
