Rather than providing therapy or medical treatment, we help simplify the process by connecting families with trusted resources, preparing them for important meetings, coordinating services, and offering compassionate support every step of the way.

No. We do not diagnose Autism or provide medical or psychological evaluations. We help families understand the diagnostic process, connect with qualified providers, and navigate the net steps after a diagnosis.

We can help you prepare for your IEP meeting by reviewing documents, explaining terminology, organizing questions, and developing an advocacy strategy. Attendance at meetings may be available depending on your location and service package. 

Yes! We help families identify and connect with local resources, including:

-ABA providers

-Speech Therapy

-Occupational Therapy

-Feeding Therapy

-Developmental Pediatricians

-Neurologists

-Social Skills Programs

-Recreational Activities

-Parent Support Groups

Please note that referrals are educational in nature, and families are responsible for selecting the providers that best meet their needs. 

Oak & Ivory Autism Concierge operates as a private-pay concierge service. We do not bill insurance. 

Depending on your individual plan and the services provided, some coaching or consultation services may qualify for reimbursement. Please check with your HSA or FSA administrator. 

Yes, we offer secure virtual consultations for families throughout the United States. We are located in Central Florida and can accommodate in-person coaching and concierge services as well in select areas. 

Many families reach out immediately after receiving a diagnosis, but it's never too early or too late. Whether you're waiting for an evaluation, beginning therapy, preparing for school or planning for adulthood, we're her to help.
